True Markets $1,000 PYUSD Sweepstakes

Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

The True Markets $1,000 PYUSD Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by True Markets, Inc. (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, excluding the State of New York, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to enter or win. Void in New York and where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM ET on May 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on May 8, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. There are two (2) ways to enter:

Standard Entry. During the Sweepstakes Period, create a True Markets account and complete identity verification (KYC) at truemarkets.com or in the True Markets mobile app. Each eligible entrant who creates an account and completes KYC during the Sweepstakes Period will receive one (1) entry.
Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE). To enter without creating an account or completing KYC, hand-print your full name, address, city, state, ZIP code, date of birth, email address, and phone number on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a #10 envelope with sufficient postage to: True Markets $1,000 PYUSD Sweepstakes, c/o True Markets, Inc., 1 San Filippo Way, Kinnelon, NJ 07405, Attn: Sweepstakes Administrator. Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Sweepstakes Period and received within seven (7) days of the end of the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible. Limit one (1) AMOE entry per envelope. Mechanically reproduced or illegible entries are void.

Limit: one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries from the same person, account, household, or IP address will be void. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about May 13, 2026 by Sponsor or its designee, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided at entry within five (5) business days following the drawing. The potential winner must respond to the notification email within thirty (30) days. If the potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within the required period, is found to be ineligible, fails to comply with these Official Rules, or declines the prize, the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, select an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible entries.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive One Thousand U.S. Dollars (USD $1,000) in PayPal USD (PYUSD), credited to the winner’s True Markets account. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,000 USD. The prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and no substitution or cash equivalent will be permitted, except by Sponsor at its sole discretion. To receive the prize, the winner must hold a True Markets account in good standing with completed KYC. AMOE winners must create a True Markets account and complete KYC to claim the prize. The prize will be credited within thirty (30) days of winner verification. Limit one (1) prize per person and household.

7. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner may be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 or other tax documentation prior to receipt of the prize. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 to the winner where required by law.

8. General Conditions

By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant it finds to be tampering with the entry process, the operation of the Sweepstakes, or any websites or services associated with the Sweepstakes; to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

9. Release

By participating, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, PayPal Holdings, Inc., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information; (b) technical failures of any kind, including malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines, internet, or hardware or software; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (d) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

11. Disputes

Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

12. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at truemarkets.com.

13. Winner List

For a copy of the Official Rules or the name of the winner (available after May 31, 2026), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: True Markets $1,000 PYUSD Sweepstakes – [Rules / Winner], c/o True Markets, Inc., 1 San Filippo Way, Kinnelon, NJ 07405. Requests must be received by July 31, 2026.
